Industry-disrupting application streamlining.
Recently I opted for additional life insurance through my spouse’s employer and was told I had to fill out an additional health questionnaire. The customer service agent I was speaking to advised against completing the application online, citing submission issues and usability challenges, and instead suggested allowing her to mail me a paper copy .
With that experience as our competition, Pacific Life Workforce Benefits asked me to develop an easy-to-use life insurance application, and the underwriting management platform to run behind it.
